Return Policy

Our products come from overstock, closeouts, online returns, and shelf-pull inventory from national retailers and distributors. Because each item is unique, its condition may vary.

We inspect and test most products and clearly label any damage or missing parts, but since not every item can be fully tested, we encourage customers to inspect their purchases carefully before use and within our 60-day return window.  

As our food items may be approaching or past their freshness date, if you’re ever unsatisfied with the quality of a product, please let us know. All products are sold “as is” with no warranty or guarantee of quality or safety, but may be returned within our 60-day return policy.

Big Deal Outlet has a 30 day exchange, return, and refund policy.  Each product must be returned with the receipt and in original condition (including all tags and packaging).  Ask a manager for complete details.

Big Deal Rewards members receive an additional 30 days on our Return Policy, and no receipt necessary!
