We offer a 30 day exchange, return, and refund policy. Each product must be returned with the receipt and in original condition (including all tags and packaging). Products must be returned to the store location they were purchased at. Ask a manager for complete details.

Can you hold an item for me?
Due to the nature of our store we are unable to hold or layaway items.
If I buy a lot can I get a discount?
No, our products are already discounted. We usually will markdown products after a couple weeks, but most of our products sell-out quickly. Sign up for our weekly emails, or follow us on Facebook/Instagram, as we often have coupons or exclusive deals.
Do your products have a warranty?
Big Deal Outlet does not offer a warranty, but many products may still be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Because our products are seconds and liquidation products it depends on the manufacturer.
How do I know if a product will work?
Our products vary in condition and quality, but we do our best to test and inspect every product before we sell them. If we find damage, missing parts, or other problems we will clearly mark the product with a special sticker explaining the problem. We occasionally make mistakes, so please open and inspect your purchase before our 30 day return window passes. For special circumstances, please contact a store manager.

We have product from over 50 different companies and our product selection is constantly changing. The best way to find out is to stop by! We also send out a weekly email and make posts on Facebook/Instagram with our new arrivals, coupons, and exclusive deals.
Do you price match?
If you find a better price, we'll beat it and permanently mark it down storewide. Price match item must be an identical item and available for sale now, with fees and shipping included from a nationally branded retailer. Manager approval is required.
